Register for Public Comment via ZOOM: 1/8/25 Board Meeting

If you would like to share a comment via video conference during the Board meeting, you must complete this form. You will receive the Zoom meeting conference login information via email prior to the beginning of the Board Meeting on Wednesday 1/8/25, as appropriate, or prior to the Closed Session at 4:30pm or Open Session at 5:30pm for the regular board meeting.

Participation requirements:

  • Participant Zoom account information must match the information submitted in the request form or the partipant cannot be permitted to comment during the meeting at the appropriate time.

  • To prevent audio feedback during Zoom participation:
    - Do not have the Live Stream of the meeting open during your Zoom session or
    - Mute the Live Stream  of the meeting during your Zoom session

If you do not want to participate via video conference, you may submit your comment in writing at:
