You will receive the Zoom meeting conference login information via email prior to the beginning of the Board Meeting on Wednesday 1/8/25, as appropriate, or prior to the Closed Session at 4:30pm or Open Session at 5:30pm for the regular board meeting.

Participation requirements:

• Participant Zoom account information must match the information submitted in the request form or the partipant cannot be permitted to comment during the meeting at the appropriate time.
  
  
• To prevent audio feedback during Zoom participation:
  - Do not have the Live Stream of the meeting open during your Zoom session or
  - Mute the Live Stream  of the meeting during your Zoom session
